The oldest of the pet lambs were finally big enough for the field in early May. It's always a treat to put them out. They have so much freedom and many new friends to make. The lambs themselves don't see it as such a good thing at first - they hang around the gate and yell at me when they see me. Frances here wants to climb out, while Sybil seems to be the only one taking this change in circumstances lying down.
Ethel being very photogenic - it's a talent of hers.
Fern. I love her speckles.
Angie isn't sure what to make of these new field friends.
Getting to know each other.
Once they have the first week over they don't look behind them.
